Message from founder

My grandfather was a proud Boilermaker, and his story is what first connected me to the trades. He showed me the pride, toughness, and community that come with the work. But also the hard realities. The long hours, the physical strain, and the challenges that often go unnoticed.

That inspiration led me to start listening. I've had the privilege of speaking with tradespeople, union leaders, safety experts, and employers across the industry. Each conversation opened my eyes to the same truth: workers need to be heard, and employers need better tools to support them.

CrewConnect was born out of that journey. It's more than just an app, it's a way to spark real change by giving workers a voice and giving leaders the insights they need to build safer, healthier, and more respectful job sites.

This is just the beginning, and I'm grateful to be walking this path with all of you.
